What to expect

We’ve been told by visitors that The Connection is a friendly place. We hope you’ll discover that too when you visit us. We see church as a community of compassion and support clearly built on relational integrity. Therefore it’s our goal to be a place where everyone who walks through our doors knows we care.

But once you’re with us also expect to encounter God’s presence. We truly believe what Jesus said; “where two or more are gathered in my name, there I am in the midst.” But don’t picture this as some sterile religious gathering. Church for us is a celebration filled with awesome worship music, comprehensible teaching from the Bible that gives clear purpose to our lives and authentic, warm fellowship between loving people. We believe God has designed all these elements to give us strength and wisdom for daily living as well as to prepare us to live with Him forever.

Once you arrive you’ll be greeted at the doors by people who can point you in the right directions for Children’s activities, restrooms, and any other questions you might have. We also have an information booth where you can pick up information, maps, brochures on all our programs & have questions answered.

We host our Connection Café from 9- 9:45 am where you can munch on great food while you get to know others & share from the Bible & our Life Journals.  After church each week we have “Lunch Bunch” where we go to restaurants in the area to eat together and fellowship. We also dress casual…so no pressure…just show up and be blessed!
