Our Teams

Many people have experienced church as a place of observation more than participation. This is not the case at The Connection. For those who desire to cooperate with others in living out their faith in an active form of service we have many Teams that function as elements of care and encouragement to those who find their way into our midst.

We do church as a team. Whether it’s assisting in some aspect of our worship times on Sunday morning or in the training of our youth, we work together in small groups to accomplish the tasks of “ministry”. We find that each person on “the team” plays an important part in sharing not only their efforts but their ideas as well. All of this works together to bring a sense of “ownership” and satisfaction to each person on the team and a more dynamic result to those they serve.
